DELIVERY to UK
All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via Royal Mail on a signed for next day service.
Cost and Delivery
UK mainland: £7, next working day signed for (on orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)
Northern Ireland and Chanel Isle: £7, 2 working days (on orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 5: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Montenegro.

DELIVERY to USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND
All orders for delivery to USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA or NEW ZEALAND are shipped via Royal Mail. Providing there are no delays through customs you should receive your order in 5-10 working days.

$30 / £20 - 5-10 working days (on orders placed before 1pm GMT, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you don't think you'll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better - for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.
Please note once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to change the delivery address. If you urgently need this we suggest contacting the courier.
IF YOU AREN'T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES
Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

Our Returns Policy
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We'll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don't refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.
We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
